The respondents were represented as follows: 51% men and 49% women; 56% of the total respondents were in the 35-59 age category. Moreover, 58% of them held a higher education diploma (3+ years). A large proportion of respondents were living in the Italian regions of Lazio (35%), Lombardy (14%) and Emilia-Romagna (11%).

This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in Italy between February and March 2017. During the survey, individuals were asked whether they have already participated in training and coaching courses regarding banking and financial services and their related products. As of the survey period, ** percent of the interviewed people declared they have never taken part in similar courses, but they would like to do it in the future. Some ** percent of respondents participated in training courses and they considered those very interesting, whereas other percent of people who participated in coaching courses were not satisfied with the final achievements.
