The respondents were represented as follows: 51% men and 49% women; 56% of the total respondents were in the 35-59 age category. Moreover, 58% of them held a higher education diploma (3+ years). A large proportion of respondents were living in the Italian regions of Lazio (35%), Lombardy (14%) and Emilia-Romagna (11%).

This statistic displays the results of a survey conducted in Italy between February and March 2017. During the survey individuals were asked whether they found useful to learn more about banking and/or financial products and services. According to the findings, ** percent of respondents found these topics helpful, but they would like to learn more about it only if these additional pieces of information were offered free of charge. Further ** percent of respondents declared that knowing about banking and financial products would be definitely useful to them.
