This statistics shows by major city the amount of warehouse and logistics space being used in Germany between 2017 and the first half of 2020. While Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, and Munich saw the warehouse and logistics space take-up decrease, in Berlin it increased. In all cities under investigation, except in Munich, the first half of 2020 was challenging, with take-up levels below the half year average in the previous three years.
