This statistics shows by region in Germany the square meter space taken-up by logistic and warehousing from 2014 to 2018, by the amount that is used by the property owners or as lettings. During the period, most of the space was taken by lettings. The two regions that make an exception were Osnabrück/Münster and Erfurt, where take up by owners exceeded lettings.
