Frankfurt and Dusseldorf were the only two markets that experienced an increase in take-up in 2023. On the other hand, in Berlin, take-up fell from over * square meters in 2022 to ** square meters in 2023. Across Europe, the markets with the most take-up were Birmingham, Madrid, and Greater Paris.
