The amount of vacant space in the industrial and logistics market in Denmark increased for two quarters in a row in 2023 after almost two years of steady decline. In the second quarter of 2023, there were over *** million square meters of vacant industrial and logistics space. Despite the increase, this figure was only slightly higher than in the third quarter of 2022, when the sector experienced the lowest availability on record.Â
