In 2022, ** percent of survey respondents to a survey conducted in Great Britain had switched energy suppliers in the previous 12 months, down from ** percent in the previous year. Between 2017 and 2020, the majority of British consumers who switched their energy supplier were repeat switchers, according to a survey carried out annually.
