Reinvestment of profits accounted for almost 73.42 percent of the total foreign direct investment (FDI) stock in Mexico throughout 2023. During that same period, almost 14 percent of Mexican FDI consisted of new investments. Moreover, the United States is one of the countries that most invest in Mexico.
