Overall, 64 percent of French people believe that electronic cigarettes are harmful to the health of those who use them, while 59 percent think the same is true regarding heated tobacco products. Heated tobacco products benefit from slightly more uncertainty (20 percent) than electronic cigarettes (13 percent).
