The LWR survey did not take place in 2003, 2008, 2013 and 2018.
In these years, the data came from the Income and Consumption Survey (EVS), and in all other years the data came from the current national accounts (LWR). The data is therefore not easily comparable.
The source adds the following information for the LWR: Private household equipment, excluding households of self-employed or farmers and households with a monthly household net income of 18,000 euros and above.
The source adds the following information for the EVS: Households in the place of the main residence, whose monthly net household income is less than 18,000 euros. Generally not included in the survey are persons without permanent residence (homeless) as well as persons in communal shelters and institutions.
The cutoff date is January 1 of each year.
