The source adds the following information: "Private household equipment, excluding households of self-employed or farmers and households with a monthly household net income of 17,895 euros (from 2002: 18,000 euros) and above."
The source makes the following remarks about the EVS: 鈥淧rivate households at the place of the main residence whose monthly net income amounts to less than 18,000 euros. Generally, those without a permanent address (homeless people) and people in communal accommodation and institutions are not included in the survey.鈥
The cutoff date is January 1 of each year.
