The net customer trust score of NatWest Group increased overall from 2014 to 2020. During these years, the customer trust score presented an overall increased score for the two main branches of the group. In 2024, NatWest had a net trust score of 73, whereas the Royal Bank of Scotland had a net trust score of 65.
