Financial attractiveness constitutes 35 percent of the weight in the index score. People skills and availability and business environment make up 25 percent each. Digital resonance makes up 15 percent of the index score.
Financial attractiveness assessment criteria: compensation costs, infrastructure costs and tax and regulatory costs.
People skills and availability assessment criteria: remote services sector experience and quality ratings, labor force availability and education and language skills.
Business environment assessment criteria: country environment, infrastructure, cultural adaptability and security of intellectual property.
Digital resonance assessment criteria: digital skills, legal and cybersecurity, corporate activity and outputs.
