Criminals are limited to noncitizens with a prior criminal conviction. It does not include people with a pending criminal charge.
Removals are the compulsory and confirmed movement of an inadmissible or deportable immigrant out of the United States based on an order of removal. An alien who is removed has administrative or criminal consequences placed on subsequent reentry owing to the fact of the removal.Â
The fiscal year is the accounting period for the federal government, which begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends.
