This statistic shows the percent of achievement of the objectives included in the Digital Agenda for Spain in the area of e-commerce and the use of ICT by small and medium-sized Spanish enterprises (SMEs) during 2015. The widespread use of customer information management software for commercial purposes was the only objective fully achieved at 100 percent during the study period, ahead of other indicators such as the making of online purchases and/or sales by SMEs.
