This 2018 survey questions French business travelers about the priority issues for the business travel of tomorrow. Thus, more than one in two travelers stated that traveler well-being was the priority issue for the future, while ** percent of respondents mentioned the smoothness of the journey and personalization as the primary concern.
It should also be noted that in 2019, ** percent of business travelers considered controlling the carbon footprint to be the priority for the business travel of tomorrow.
