The source provides the following information: "218,980 accommodations were analyzed from Inside Airbnb. Hotel prices are an average of the prices listed on the website Hotels.com during the first half of 2015. All raw data from Inside Airbnb were in local currency and converted into euros using Yahoo's currency converter on January 18, 2016. Some criteria and additional services are not taken into account: cleaning, laundry service, breakfast, valet, and other supplementary services."
