There is thus a certain division among the socio-professional categories in the trust given to unions, as executives and higher intellectual professions, artisans, and retirees place more trust in the CFDT. These groups are actually those who trust them the most, at ** percent. On the other hand, for the rest of the socio-professional categories, it is the CGT that gathers the most trust: ** percent of employees trust them the most to improve their condition.
Another observation can be made regarding general trust, as it is mainly the wealthier categories that trust the unions: only ** percent of other inactive individuals trust the unions to improve their situation.
