Libya, Venezuela, and Iran were the three countries where fuel was the cheapest in the world in November 2022. These three major oil-producing countries had pump prices of no more than five euro cents, both for diesel and unleaded 95 gasoline. Conversely, people in Hong Kong paid the most for their fuel at the end of November 2022, with diesel and gasoline prices exceeding 2.6 euros per liter.
