The majority of mobile internet users who participated in the survey, about ** percent, mentioned using QR codes to view product features. Additionally, other frequent uses were for making purchases and payments, with **** percent and **** percent, respectively. The lack of necessity is the main reason for not using QR codes according to Mexican consumers.
