* On June 30, 2014, Vivendi SA paid its shareholders an ordinary dividend of 1 euro per share, deducted from share premiums, considered a return of capital.
** During the 2015 fiscal year, Vivendi paid the dividend for the 2014 fiscal year (1 euro per share, or 1,363 million euros) and a first dividend advance for the 2015 fiscal year (1 euro per share, or 1,364 million euros).
*** On April 21, 2016, Vivendi’s General Shareholders’ Meeting approved the payment of an ordinary dividend for the 2015 fiscal year of 3 euros per share, representing a total dividend distributed for the 2015 fiscal year of 3,951 million euros. Of this amount, 2,588 million euros were paid in 2016: 1,318 million euros corresponding to the second dividend advance of 1 euro per share were paid on February 3, 2016, and 1,270 million euros corresponding to the balance of 1 euro per share were paid on April 28, 2016."
