The question was posed by the source as follows: "You know that some people support the idea of creating a universal income in France. Each citizen, whether rich or poor, employed or not, would thus receive the same basic income throughout their life (which could be $750 per month). This basic income could be combined with salary or retirement pension but would replace certain social benefits such as the RSA. Implementing such a measure would represent a cost of 300 billion U.S. dollars per year (the state budget being about 370 billion U.S. dollars per year). For each of the following opinions that can be heard about this universal income, indicate whether you completely agree, somewhat agree, somewhat disagree, or completely disagree.
Universal income is an interesting measure because we will not return to a full employment society and in the future it will be necessary to ensure means of subsistence for a whole part of the population."

Full employment refers to the situation in which almost the entire active population of a country has a job.
