Wage gaps between women and men in France 2012-2023
This statistic represents the differences in net pay and average working time between women and men in the private sector in France between 2012 and 2023. In 2023, women earned 22.2 percent less than men, working 9.9 percent less than men in terms of annual work volume. Looking at full-time equivalent salaries, it is noted that women's salaries were more than 14 percent lower than those of men.
