A September 2024 survey of Chief Privacy Officers (CPO) of worldwide companies found that for 69 percent of them have had their area of responsibilities regarding AI governance, as well as data governance and data ethics expanded. Additionally, 37 percent said their spectrum has expanded to cybersecurity regulatory compliance.
