The share of developers worldwide who are considering resigning from their current position has decreased significantly in recent years. In 2024, around 42 percent of developers reported considering leaving their job in the next 12 months, a notable drop compared to the previous two years. Nonetheless, the share of developers who reported recently switching quitting or switching jobs has been gradually increasing since 2022, reaching 17 percent in 2024.
