In March 2023, a survey conducted in Switzerland among Generation Z and millennials showed that a ** of Generation Z respondents and ** percent of millennials stated a good work-life-balance was the main reason for choosing their current employer. Therefore, this was the most important factor for both generations. On the other hand, financial incentives appear to have become less important in the employers' choice, as only ** percent of Generation Z and ** percent of millennials mark this as their most important factor for choosing an employer.
