The certification, granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries to businesses and products that conform to the national standards for food and forestry products, was recognized by over ** percent of respondents.
Specific JAS, referring to the variation intended for products using traditional or other distinctive processes, showed a significantly lower awareness level.
