As every year, the Eurovision song contest gives stage to bands and artists selected by the European and Europe-adjacent nations (as well as Australia), to compete for the Eurovision trophy. In 2025, the contest was hosted by Switzerland in Basel, following Nemo's win in the competition the year before.

Both their semi-final and their final performance gathered around ** million views on YouTube up to that day. In second position with around million views ranked the winning song "Wasted Love" performed by JJ who represented Austria. "Bara Bada Bastu", sung by Finnish comedy group Kaj representing Sweden, was the song whose two performances gathered thet views on YouTube, at nearly ** million.
