Persons in benefit communities under SGB II include those entitled to benefits who are capable of work, those who are incapable of work, other beneficiaries (e.g. persons who only receive social insurance contributions) and persons who are not entitled to benefits (e.g. old-age pensioners, children without individual entitlement to benefits).
