Participants selected up to two answers.
Respondents came from national samples from each country. The quota approach was employed to ensure that the sample was representative of gender and age.
* The respondent count includes respondents who wanted to buy an electric vehicle and who did not want to buy a car. 59 percent of respondents in Portugal were planning to buy a car, and 28 percent of these respondents had electric cars in mind for this purchase.
