According to the projections of the staff of the Eurosystem - the group of central banks of the countries which use the Euro as their currency - the unemployment rate in the Eurozone is set to fall slightly in 2026, from 6.3 in 2025, to 6.2 percent. In the years following, the unemployment rate of the Eurozone is projected to continue to decline, falling to 5.9 percent by 2028.Â
