Between January 1, 2000, and June 8, 2026, 10.9 percent of the cyberattacks with a political dimension worldwide were launched by Russia, followed by China. Iran and North Korea were home to about 4.3 and 3.9 percent of the cyber incidents, respectively. Additionally, Ukraine launched approximately 2.3 percent of the cyberattacks in the measured period.
