From July 2022 to June 2023, around 33 percent of the network intrusions in European countries by nation-state or state-affiliated cyber threat actors of other countries were directed against Ukraine. Furthermore, the United Kingdom (UK) ranked second in the region by 11 percent of such attacks directed at various organizations in the country. France followed, with about five percent of the attacks.
