Console gaming publisher Sony has significantly expanded the availability of its previously PlayStation-exclusive titles on PC. As of June 2025, multiplayer shooter Helldivers 2 claimed the top stop with over 458,709 peak concurrent users on the gaming platform. The title was released simultaneously on PlayStation and on the PC gaming platform Steam. Until then, God of War (2018) had been the most popular Sony first-party title on Steam, with a peak concurrent user count of over 73,000. In June 2025, PS5-exclusive Stellar Blade was released on Steam and set the record for the highest concurrent player count on Steam for a single-player game published by PlayStation.
