Longford saw the most substantial rise, recording a **** percent increase. Laois claimed the second spot with a rent increase of **** percent. Other counties in the top five were Kilkenny, Leitrim, and Limerick, all with rent increases ranging from ** to **** percent. Conversely, several counties exhibited more modest rent increases during this period. Some of the most expensive counties, including Dublin's city center, Wicklow, Kildare, Meath, and Louth reported rent increases ranging from * to **** percent.
