A survey conducted in 2023 revealed that the leading personal care treatment or procedure engaged in among Australian consumers was hair appointments, with around ** percent of respondents indicating they had had a hair appointment in the 12 months to August 2023. Nail appointments were also popular among those surveyed, with around one-fifth saying they had had their nails done in the last year. Botox, filler, and plastic surgery were the least commonly engaged in personal care treatment or procedure among respondents.
