Survey results were weighted for age, gender, region, income, and race and ethnicity to correspond to the 2021 population estimates of the U.S. Census Bureau's American Community Survey.

Only ** percent of respondents reported that they felt safer cycling at the time of survey than they did five years ago. Yet, over **** of respondents said cycling is a convenient way for them to travel in their area.
