The Deutschlandticket that is being introduced in Germany from May 2023, is showing potential to draw new customers to public transport. Interest in a Deutschlandticket costing ** euros or more was highest among survey respondents who already owned a public transport season ticket, with **% of that group reporting an interest in the initiative. However, of those without a season ticket, nearly a third reported that they would be willing to pay ** euros or more for a Deutschlandticket.
