When asked about what other documents after electronic employment record books should be digitalized, 46 percent of Russian respondents mentioned a compulsory health insurance in a survey from March 2023. At the same time, nearly a third of individuals expressed their dissatisfaction with the introduction of digital documents. The younger population was more willing to have a digital identification document (ID) on their smartphone than older respondents in Russia.
