Share of Russians with jobs at risk due to digitalization 2020, by age
The largest share of Russians of all age groups stated that information technology skills were not a requirement for their performed jobs and the lack of such skills was not putting their positions at risk in 2020. That tendency was more common among employees of older generations. On the other hand, for approximately * of workers in each age group, IT skills were required in order to maintain their employment status.
