In 2022, ** percent of surveyed Black students in certification or certificate programs said that they frequently felt discriminated against in the United States while ** percent said that they felt discriminated against occasionally, the most out of any program type. In comparison, **** percent of Black students in associate degree programs said that they frequently felt discriminated against and ** percent felt occasionally discriminated against in 2022.
