According to a survey conducted in 2023, ** percent of Americans said that they thought racism or discrimination was a key factor preventing Asian Americans from being in high-level positions in corporate America. In comparison, ** percent said that 'yellow peril', or fearing or seeing Asian Americans as a threat, was a key factor preventing their promotion to senior corporate positions.
