In 2023, ** percent of surveyed Americans said that Black people are treated less fairly than White people in dealing with the police in the United States, while ** percent said that both Black and White people are treated about equally when dealing with the police. In comparison, ** percent of Americans also said that both Black and White are treated about equally when voting in elections.
