For instance, the clearance rate in criminal courts of the second instance was ** percent in France, compared to the European median of ** ±è±ð°ù³¦±ð²Ô³Ù.Ìý In addition, a clearance rate exceeding 100 percent means that the court is able to resolve more cases than it has been seized with, and thus the backlog of cases is decreasing.Â
