A survey conducted at the end of 2020 found that more than half of women who quit their jobs due to a COVID-19 related reason did so because their child's school or daycare was closed. An additional ** percent did so because they did not feel safe at work due to the virus. 2020 was the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic.
