In January 2022, nearly two thirds of respondents aged between 14 and 35 years in Russia indicated career growth opportunities as the most important characteristic for choosing an employer. Consequently, 64 percent and 58 percent of survey participants pointed out the importance of a high salary and professional growth within a company, respectively.
