The consumption of agricultural fertilizers in Mexico has shown an increasing trend in recent years. In 2023, Mexico consumed an estimated 2.27 million metric tons of agricultural fertilizers. Nitrogen was the most used fertilizer nutrient, with a consumption of 1.4 million metric tons.
