A survey conducted among journalists in the United States in March 2022 found 23 percent said that they believed getting the news out was the best job done by the news industry, making this the most common answer. Meanwhile, 18 percent of journalists said they thought the industry's main strength was adjusting to change, whereas only three percent said the same about bias and partisanship.
