The source specifies that over 1.8 million one- to five-year-old used car sales in February 2023 were analyzed to compile this data. Heavy-duty vehicles, low-volume vehicles, vehicles which were discontinued as of Model Year 2022, and vehicles which had been available for less than four of the five model year surveyed were excluded.
