American cable news channel MSNBC spent over hours covering violence against trans people in the United States in 2022, making this the cable channel dedicating the most airtime to anti-trans violence. Conversely, Fox News' coverage of anti-trans violence amounted to just **** minutes. The source noted that whilst MSNBC's and CNN's coverage was substantially higher than usual, coverage of Club Q affected these figures, and MSNBC was the only network to run any segments addressing violence against trans people outside of Club Q coverage.
